  • Information Collection and Use: We collect your name, email address, phone number, and social media information (when applicable for image sharing purposes) solely for managing bookings and providing services. Your data is securely stored with our CRM service provider and will never be shared without your explicit consent.

  • Confidentiality: All images are treated with utmost confidentiality and will not be shared publicly unless a separate model release form is signed. Without this signed consent, your photos remain private and undisclosed.

Terms and Conditions

  • Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. This deposit counts as a product credit during your order session. Full payment for products is required on the day of the ordering session, and flexible payment options are available through our recommended pay-over-time service providers.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: Sessions can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within this timeframe allow for one complimentary rescheduling. Further rescheduling or no-show appointments will result in forfeiting the deposit, and a new deposit will be needed to rebook.

  • Image Copyright and Usage: We retain exclusive rights to all images taken. Clients may purchase print rights, depending on the product package selected.

  • Liability: Clients participating in photography sessions do so at their own risk. Zukie and Co is located in Utah and operates under the specific legal guidelines of the state. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during or as a result of the photography session, except in cases where gross negligence is proven on our part.

  • Image Delivery: All digital and print images are delivered via a secure, password-protected online gallery.

  • Digital File Use: Digital files provided are for personal use only, and rights to reproduction are not granted unless specified in the purchase agreement.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes not resolvable between the owner and the client will be resolved through mediation.

  • Refund Policy: We maintain a strict no-refund policy. The only exception is if your products are delivered damaged and you do not wish to replace them.
